After rising through the ranks of Seattle’s elite kitchens—including James Beard award-winning Tilth—Chef Danny Stoller traded traditional restaurant life for the high-stakes world of culinary startups. This journey eventually led him to co-found Square Pie Guys, taking it from a wine bar pop-up to an award-winning Bay Area staple.
The Vision Behind Petit Américain
Following a few years of consulting with local icons like Daytrip and Che Fico, Danny is returning to the kitchen with a personal mission. Petit Américain is a collaboration with his wife and creative partner, Ali, designed to flex his culinary muscles and serve food deeply rooted in his lived experiences.
A New Chapter in the Making
Drawing on 18 years of expertise, Danny is currently channeling his energy into building the first Petit Américain brick-and-mortar. This upcoming San Francisco space marks a move away from the corporate grind and a return to the soulful, creative cooking that started it all.
